Our Company prides itself on our commitment to safety, quality, client relationships and the opportunities we offer our valued team members.The RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Asset Inspection Scheduler to join our team. In this vital role, you'll oversee the scheduling, monitoring, and assignment of inspection work orders to our dedicated field inspectors.The successful candidate will have a strong administration background in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the electrical, construction or resource industries. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Scheduler’s role is to coordinate and carry out the day-to-day administrative tasks to assist with data entry.Responsibilities:Plan and schedule asset inspections for both in-house and outsourced inspectors.Regularly review and prioritise work, adjusting assignments to meet contractual KPI requirements.Manage schedule conflicts and delays, including weather, access, and fatigue issues.Communicate with Project Manager and Supervisors about schedule delays, compression opportunities, and improvements.Prepare and submit weekly progress reports and monthly end-of-month reports to the Project Manager.Track and review overtime use, assessing productivity against overtime.Maintain daily metrics for delay reasons and impacts.Measure individual inspector performance daily and track long-term trends.Assist with performance data management for employees.Develop and review the Annual Programme of Works Schedule.Identify workforce capacity gaps based on client-supplied allocations and volumes.Advise Project Manager on required resources to complete work volumes.Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:2 years' experience scheduling works within an Asset Inspection or Maintenance environment within the QLD electrical industry.High level communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.High efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to work co-operatively and effectively both independently and in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.The Benefits:Access to our Employee Assistance ProgramCareer development Growth opportunitiesCompetitive remunerationHow to Apply:If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking for an opportunity to grow and contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to APPLY NOW!
