The Position Cannon Hill Location Monday - Friday (09:00am - 17:00pm) Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites and are maintained to a high standard Perform site-specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities Monday to Friday Role – working between the hours of 9am -5:06pm Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence Provide high quality customer service The Person You will preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings/requests Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
