THE ORGANISATION Operating globally, this leading organisation is renowned for their ethics, commitment and quality they provide to their clients. Due to changes within the business, there is now a need for an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join the team. THE ROLEReporting directly to a Director of OD, your responsibilities will include developing, designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and initiatives that foster leadership development. A large focus will be to lead enterprise initiatives and programs from strategy to execution to support organisational effectiveness, culture and capability. You will project manage the employee engagement survey process end to end. THE CRITERIA To be successful in this role you will need to be a seasoned OD professional with a solid 10 years experience working in OD. You must have the ability to design, develop and implement organisational development programs and be able to influence senior stakeholders.
