Reporting to a Senior P&C Business Partner, you will provide generalist P&C support across the College. In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders to manage talent acquisition, support employment relations, and contribute to employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless experience for our staff.As the HR Advisor, you will contribute to a range of P&C projects and administrative functions that support employee engagement and the overall success of Monash College. You will assist in recruitment processes, employee training, case management, and the development of P&C policies and frameworks. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing Monash College’s culture by ensuring that P&C practices align with our goals of fostering a thriving and supportive working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice to staff and managers on a range of HR issues including performance management, contract conditions, policy interpretation, and team structure reviews.Partner with business units to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.Manage employee lifecycle changes and support the associated system processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all employees.Handle routine HR case management, providing effective solutions for both employees and managers.Contribute to the development and review of HR policies, processes, and frameworks, ensuring they are in line with current best practices and legal requirements.Manage various HR projects to enhance employee experience and engagement at Monash College.Support HR administrative tasks, including record management, budget tracking, and workflow processing.About youYou are a dynamic and proactive individual with a strong foundation in human resources. Your excellent communication skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks will allow you to thrive in a collaborative environment.
