You'll play an essential role in the daily operations of the kitchen, contributing to menu development, food production, and maintaining the smooth running of our kitchen.Your Key Responsibilities:Menu Development: Assist the kitchen team in creating new dishes, contributing fresh ideas, and helping bring our seasonal menu to life.Food Production & Quality: Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure food quality and quantity, and help control waste and portion sizes.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain a productive and positive kitchen environment.
Assist in training and supporting junior team members.Hygiene & Food Safety: Adhere to the highest hygiene standards, ensuring the kitchen and food storage areas are maintained to meet food safety regulations.Guest Experience: Be flexible and responsive to guest requests, ensuring exceptional service and quality in every meal prepared.What You'll Bring:A Passion for Food: You thrive on creativity and bringing culinary ideas to life.
