Your Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for scientific roles within pharmaceutical and medical device industries, specialising in QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D.
You will source and attract top talent, using headhunting, networking, and proactive outreach to engage high-quality candidates for specialised roles.
You will build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, providing expert advice on market trends, hiring strategies, and GMP regulations.
You will drive business development through cold calling, industry networking, and market research to identify new opportunities.
You will ensure all recruitment activities align with compliance standards and industry regulations.
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or medical device recruitment sector.
* Strong understanding of GMP regulations and technical roles within these industries.
* Natural networker, confident in making introductions and building long-term relationships.
* Sales-driven mindset, comfortable with cold calling and business development to generate new opportunities.
