You take ownership for risk engagements to support clients to improve their organisational resilience, in a wide variety of ways, from conducting strategic risk assessments, advising on strategy, designing operating models, to development of governance frameworks, designing and assuring transformation programs.What we’re looking forHere’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.10 years of professional experience including ~7 years in risk management, with experience in consulting, either within a consulting firm or demonstrated experience in-house leading an Enterprise Risk Management program or function.Specialist in risk management and controls concepts, knowledge of and experience applying AS/NZS ISO 31000:2018.A leader confident to work autonomously across planning and execution through to reporting of strategic risk assessments with senior leaders in an organisation.Demonstrated leadership experience that contributes to a positive, respectful and collaborative team culture.Self-motivated and positive attitude with the energy to recruit, train and develop our people for team success.Knowledge and experience related to a diverse set of risks: eg. geopolitical risk, reputational risk, financial risk, regulatory and compliance risk, digital risk, cyber and privacy risk, operational risk, strategic risk, business continuity, resilience risk etc.An understanding of how technology can enable and empower risk management.Knowledge of any of the following industries/sectors: consumer products & retail, technology & telecom, power & utilities, healthcare, life sciences, including relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SoCI, Privacy Act, etc.).Experience managing key accounts and client relationships including business development, sales, tender and proposal creation.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent writing, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.Acknowledgement of CountryEY acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which EY offices are located around Australia.
