The primary responsibility is to support the store network along with assisting the Retail Operations Manager.Duties include, but not limited to:Administrative dutiesInvoice entry & automationCredits reporting & reconciling with suppliers and store networkParts creationStationary orders & approvalsUniforms allocation / orderingOperations reporting and assistance driving improved compliance levelsProviding administration support where neededWhat we are looking for:Friendly and personable mannerIntermediate computer skills, including EXCEL, Word, OutlookEffective time management skills and the ability to multitask.Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Looking after you:We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.
