A newly created role, as the successful candidate you will work in collaboration with Marketing & Communication peers and relevant members of the Academic Division (including Admissions) to shape the student value proposition, take it to market and engage with potential students, convert their interest to applications before handing over to the Admissions team for enrolment, achieved through an integrated sales/recruitment strategy and operations driven by exemplary stakeholder engagement and management.Some key accountabilities will include:Development, review, and implementation of the MBS student recruitment plan in consultation with relevant internal stakeholders including Deputy Dean, Academic Directors and key Academic Services personnel.Maintaining a strong knowledge of market trends, the competitive environment and customer buyer behaviours, and provide relevant customer and market insights to senior colleagues.Ensuring regular reporting on student recruitment performance against target enrolments.Delivery of a comprehensive annual program of student recruitment activities across a range of formats, including group information sessions and 1:1 advising sessions.Ensuring an effective program of conversion activities are in place to accelerate and optimise the performance of the Recruitment funnel.Working closely with Academic Directors and Admissions to bring applicants through the student recruitment funnel in preparation for enrolments by the Admissions team.About youA dedicated customer experience and sales professional with a passion for Education, you will bring to us relevant student recruitment experience gained within an Australian tertiary education setting and strong relationship management skills, including the ability to interact with and gain co-operation from internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
