Start on 16th December 10-month contract - Permanent Residents / Citizens - unfortunately no WHV $100k package (incl. super) Exciting Team Assistant Opportunity within a renowned Property Firm This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of professionals and make a real impact in their fast-paced and constantly evolving industry whilst supporting Senior Leadership. As the Team Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, professional customer service to internal and external clients, as well as supporting the Investment Management, Asset Management and Capital & Transactions teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the diaries of senior members of the team and reconciling Corporate Visa Cards on a monthly basis Providing general administration support for the team, including creating PowerPoint presentations, formatting documents, and managing meeting room bookings Coordinating domestic and international travel, event coordination, and managing document execution processes Supporting the Investor Relations Manager with coordinating Fund related events and investor asset tours Managing and/or assisting with the management of the Investor Relations portal and CRM To be successful in this role, you will have: HSC (or equivalent) completion. Tertiary qualifications are not mandatory but evidence of acquired skills through courses during employment is desirable. Experience in an administrative or assistant role with a successful record of supporting senior management. Strong organizational skills, well-developed verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to work successfully within a team environment. High level of attention to detail, an ability to prioritize, and strong stakeholder management skills.
