About the Role: The primary objective of this position is to provide infrastructure and operations support to maintain and improve end user client computing components, and to ensure that Information Technology infrastructure within the organization is supported.Reporting to the Management Information Systems Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Ensure availability of internal infrastructure during normal and extended business hours.Providing support and resolution to incidents and service requestsParticipate in the planning and roll-out of IT projects across the organization.Configure and monitor essential network equipment.Continuously review existing infrastructure and able to put in suggestions on improvement.Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals for change or enhancement.Help produce appropriate infrastructure designs and technical specifications in line with defined processes to support the development of new and improved systems.Skills and Experience Experience in any of the following technical disciplines: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Entra, M365, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Defender, SAN storage, Acronis Backup, Firewall, Cisco / Meraki Routers and Switching, Trend Micro Apex One.Strong knowledge in various technologies (Wintel, Virtualization, Networking, Storage)Extensive experience supporting a Windows desktop enterprise environmentA solid understanding of networking (including troubleshooting and diagnostic skills).
