Harvey Road Tavern features an extensive Sports Bar filled with a variety of refreshing beverages, a massive stage for live bands and entertainment with big name acts appearing regularly, sports viewing on the big screens, pool tables and an outdoor patio. This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Harvey Road Tavern.
What you’ll do:
5. Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders
6. Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
7. Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure
8. Setup and cleaning of kitchen
What you’ll need:
9. Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
10. Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu
11. An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
12. Strong communication and organisation skills
13. T rade cooking qualifications are essential
