We are working with a fast-growing Australian eCommerce skincare brand looking for a Creative Lead to elevate their paid media strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will develop and optimise ad creatives for Meta and TikTok, driving engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop compelling ad creatives from concept to execution.
* Script, brief, and iterate on high-performing digital ads.
* Collaborate with influencers and content creators.
* Analyse ad performance and refine creative strategies.
* Work with editors and production teams to scale ideas.
* Stay ahead of content trends and customer insights.
Qualifications
* 2+ years in a digital agency or DTC brand.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response copywriting.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Proactive, results-driven, and highly collaborative.
* Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
* Deep knowledge of DTC eCommerce.
* Work closely with experienced co-founders and a small, fast-moving team.
