How will I help?
Working within B&W COO you will join the Records Management Program, a specialist delivery function for complex Business & Wealth transformation and are accountable for program specific execution of divisional Risk and Regulatory Change.
As the Senior BA you will be part of the team that implements solutions for retention and disposal processes for applications and repositories which store High Value Record sets for both structured and unstructured records.
Key Accountabilities:
* Leading the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems.
* Defining and managing the requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs.
* Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support Westpac to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value.
* Identify stakeholders and develop and maintain collaborative working relations.
* Requirements analysis and Lifecycle management: All requirements, process and functional specifications.
* Best practice and compliance: Understand and adhere to enterprise delivery methodologies and processes.
* Risk management: Ensure risks are managed in accordance with frameworks and obligations are met.
* Reporting: Lead regular status reporting as it relates to the project including progress and risks.

What do I need?
* Experience working across risk and regulatory delivery.
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst.
* Strong commercial acumen with depth of analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Experience within financial services is preferred.
* Experienced in agile project processes and tools.
* Scrum Master CSM or PSM is preferred.
