What your day will look like…
In this role, you'll be working within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-level clinical psychology services to children with complex developmental needs. You'll conduct thorough assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver interventions tailored to each child and family, ensuring they feel supported and empowered. Collaboration is key as you'll engage with a range of health professionals, community partners, and service managers to ensure integrated care delivery. Your day will involve a mix of direct clinical practice, mentoring junior staff, participating in service development, and driving quality improvements to optimise outcomes. Your expertise will guide the team and shape the future of child development services in the region.
