The role We are seeking an experienced and contemporary Change Manager, who will be influential in the successful rollout of the Change Management Plan for the Patient Administration (PAS) and ePR systems.

Key Responsibilities Undertake an analysis to assess the current state of relevant implementations.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Plan to support the successful rollout of the PAS and ePR systems.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
Identify and manage potential change impacts, risks, and resistance, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Design and deliver targeted communication strategies to keep staff informed, motivated, and engaged throughout the transition.
Identify business and process improvements through the continuing analysis of process performance.
Identify process inefficiencies, pain points and business challenges to develop and test hypothesis and build strategic insights.
Plan and facilitate training programs, ensuring all users are confident and proficient with the new systems.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
About you: You are a proactive and organised professional with: Proven experience in leading complex change initiatives, ideally in healthcare or similar environments.
Expertise in Change Management methodologies and tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes.
