Responsibilities include maintaining the online ordering system, updating website content, troubleshooting issues, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaboration with account managers to boost sales, implementing website improvements, and training sales and customer service teams about the website’s capabilities.What you’ll be doingAssist in updating product and customer-specific content on the website.Manage website configuration, parameters, and test customer and product setups.Resolve operational and functional issues with the website and report any technical issues.Test functional improvements to the website and provide support on system projects.Liaise with team members and customers regarding the management and functionality of the website.Evaluate strategies to improve website sales conversions, customer engagement, and monitor system performance.Review and evaluate the ordering profile of existing online customers to drive 100% online ordering.Work with Sales and Product teams to apply all relevant information to the website.Liaise with business teams to support campaigns and conduct education sessions with internal staff.Meet all performance objectives, timelines, and service levels while continuously improving customer satisfaction.What we’re looking forUnderstanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to B2B websites.Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.Experience using packages like Excel and Adobe Photoshop.Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, Browsers, data files).Familiar with Data Management.Previous experience of website or e-commerce administration and support.What we offerThe chance to join a great team of like-minded, hard-working people who are passionate about achieving our vision and the growth objectives of the company.Flexible working environment, allowing for work from home day/s each week.A competitive salary package and suite of benefits and perks, including a 50% discount on our brands Hard Yakka, King Gee, and NNT and 5% Wesfarmers discount for Kmart, Bunnings, Officeworks, and more.A tailored career and development plan, plus reward and recognition programs.
