Duties Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests at the poolside by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Attend to guest needs and request by the pool, including provision of towels, sunscreen and other amenities. Take guests food and beverage orders, making recommendations and advising of menu options. Serve food and beverages to the poolside promptly following appropriate procedures. Record transactions using MICROS system. Maintain cleanliness and condition of poolside. Communicate with guests, other employees, and/or departments to ensure guest needs are met. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests. Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor, check stock and requisition necessary supplies, work orders for maintenance repairs. Skills & Experience Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA) I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth) Experience working in customer service role preferable First Aid qualification desirable Unrestricted working rights for Australia Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to go through our selection process.
