Our client has a new and motivated leader who needs an Agile Business Analyst/Product Owner to help with Salesforce project work.

* 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week.

* Hourly rate temporary contract appointment ranging $100 per hour plus 11.5% super to $120 per hour plus 11.5% super. The rate of pay will be defined with the candidate based on skills, experience, or expertise on Salesforce Administration and Systems experience.
* Must be Adelaide South Australia based as 3 days from the office will be required and some days can be negotiated for the right candidate.
* All applicable award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation for this role.
Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our Salesforce environment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce, and experience working in an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
* Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications for new features and enhancements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
* Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
* Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably within a Salesforce environment.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile framework.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
