Day-to-day, you will provide leadership and oversight to our Client Rostering Officer team to prioritise workflows while maintaining accurate client and worker rosters in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring keen problem-solving and communication skills. Your will also oversee the timely management of inbound and outbound calls to the estara office, providing administrative support to your team where required.Your strategic direction will enable the optimisation of rostering and calls management, including the appropriate escalation of critical client and worker needs for prompt response.
