Contribute to 3-year brand plans and execute them to meet objectives and reinforce positioning.Innovation: Support the creation and execution of a strong 3-year innovation pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally.Communication: Execute communication strategies and media plans in line with brand strategy, ensuring consistency and effectiveness to drive growth. Embrace new marketing techniques and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.Budget Management: Effectively manage brand budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and maximising ROI.Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a high-performance culture, contributing to team development and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.About you: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Commerce, or related field.Experience working within either FMCG and/or the pharmacy industry.Strong project management and cross functional leadership skills.Comprehensive understanding of brand planning and innovation management.Strong operational expertise including forecasting and inventory control.Commercially savvy including sales and margin tracking, and advertising & promotion effectiveness.Superior written and verbal communication skills, highly organised and can work effectively within time constraints.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Ready to make an impact?
