Corporate Secretarial Officer
An experienced Corporate Secretarial Officer with knowledge of ASIC and processing statements is needed to join a globally reputable firm, offering professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
2. Maintain statutory records, registers, and filings in accordance with relevant legislation.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, regulatory bodies, and auditors.
4. Maintain the client database.
5. Support the preparation of annual reports, shareholder communications, and key documentation.
6. Provide administration/PA support for the wider team.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
1. Proven experience as a Corporate Secretarial Officer or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in corporate secretarial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Experience with ASIC and lodgements.
