About the job Bonza are bringing Allstralia together and we are looking for Cabin Crew legends to join our Inflight Customer Experience team. Flying to 27 destinations across Australia and operating on Australia’s most sustainable and fuel efficient 737Max, we are offering low cost fares, enabling Australian travellers to see more of our own backyard for less. Sustained success will be dependent on our people, referred to as legends, to deliver great customer experiences every time. Safety leadership will be a non-negotiable, low fares will be a given, but the bar must be set high when it comes to customer experience. Our team will deliver a warm, friendly, personalised service onboard and have fun while doing so. You’ll not only be ensuring the safety of our customers, but enhancing their travel experience through your authentic, down to earth and engaging style. What do we need from you? Experienced in and passionate about delivering an authentic and outstanding customer experience. Hold a valid, Senior First Aid Certificate code (HLTAID011) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5, or 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or Been employed in the UK, Ireland, USA, or Canada within the past 3 years Eligible to live and work permanently in Australia. Be able to reach up to 180cm. 18 years of age, be in excellent health, able to pass respiratory tests if required and a proficient swimmer. A love for all things digital - we are paperless and your familiarity with all things online will assist with your training and delivery of customer service in your Cabin Crew role. 12 months experience as Cabin Crew on B737, Airbus or E-Jet would be a benefit, but not essential. Currency and flying experience within the last 3 years is advantageous. If you haven’t flown before, that’s ok, delivering a Bonza inflight experience for our customers is key and we’d love you to hear from you. Salary: Competitive annual base salary of $51,945, in addition to an hourly flying rate of $16.80 per every flying hour.
