This is an excellent opportunity to build on your current skillset and build a career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Carrying out daily servicing, repairs and maintenance as scheduled and planned for the shift Entering history, booking hours and closing out work orders on the MEX computerised maintenance management system Prioritising new requests made during the shift and making decisions regarding changes to the maintenance plan Contributing to projects to improve plant availability and efficiency Responding to breakdown calls during the shift, using high-level fault-finding skills to evaluate the cause of the breakdown and implement the best solution Carrying out minor fabrication and machining work Displaying a proactive attitude towards safety while adhering to all GWF safety and quality procedures and Government Regulations What's in it for you? You will have proven experience with pneumatic systems. Able to perform welding tasks including Tig and Mig. You will have good interpersonal skills, enabling you to build great relationships at all levels on site, Tertiary qualifications in relevant maintenance fields.
