About the Role
As Executive Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, hotel owner, and managers to achieve hotel operational excellence, maximize assets, and financial objectives.
* Assist in the management of all aspects of the total operations of the hotel.
* Lead exceptional customer service to deliver memorable guest experiences, hands-on approach in all areas.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, making our team and customers' day better than yesterday.
* Manage key projects including CAPEX.
* Develop strategies to grow revenue ahead of the market and maximize asset performance.
* Excellent financial management with a proven track record of driving profitability.
* Extensive experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
* Working knowledge of Hotel PMS (Opera), Microsoft Office.
