You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees. The company currently uses Preceda but is transitioning to a new payroll provider, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential. Key Responsibilities End-to-end payroll processing (monthly and off-cycle payrolls) Manage payroll provider relationships, ensuring accuracy and compliance Ensure timely and accurate payroll calculations, including bonuses, commissions, and statutory obligations (e.g., superannuation, workers’ compensation) Work closely with Finance to maintain clean Balance Sheet reconciliations and internal control compliance Assist with payroll system transition and process improvements Respond to employee queries regarding payroll in a timely and professional manner Support the Tax Manager with FBT submissions Drive continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes About You We are looking for someone who loves payroll and has a genuine passion for delivering a great payroll experience.
