Due to expansive and opportunistic growth, Heartscope, a division of Scope Healthcare Ltd, is seeking a Medical Administration – Contact Centre member to join our team to handle inbound and outbound appointment bookings and all other enquiries for our specialist medical practices located across Australia. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a full-time staff member to work in the hub of the company in our Head Office located in Wheelers Hill, Melbourne. If you have a positive attitude, bubbly personality, and love to help people, plus have the ability to efficiently manage high volumes of calls and enquiries, then we are looking for you, so come and join our team! Responsibilities include: Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding appointment bookings in a professional and caring manner; Ensuring high quality of call handling, keeping booking errors to a minimum; Accurate data entry of patient information into the medical software package; Participating in regular training and quality assurance activities provided; Contributing to a positive working environment within the call centre team. ABOUT YOU Must have full working rights to work in Australia. Experience in a healthcare environment, handling phone-based support or related administrative tasks would be very highly regarded; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle patient queries with compassion and professionalism; Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in using clinical software packages is desirable; High level of competence with Microsoft Office applications; Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and love to help people; A team player who can collaborate effectively with other team members. Full training will be provided for the successful applicant. Remuneration will be based on experience. Work close to home with no after-hours shifts required. Monday to Friday shifts will be rostered between 8.30am - 5.30pm. Free all-day parking is available.
