The Specialist will be a valued member of our Albury Wodonga Emergency Department.
The role is to provide specialist emergency medicine services to patients in our area
To participate in the education of medical, nursing and allied health students.
To supervise medical staff in Emergency Medicine.. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Mandatory
1. Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist in Emergency Medicine.
2. Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Emergency Medicine.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
4. Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement.
6. Availability to participate in an on-call roster and to respond on site within a reasonable time.
