Description:
* Work closely with the IT project managers.
* Assist with project-related tasks (update project status reports and project plans with guidance from Project Manager).
* Maintain information on project assignment completion.
* Help organize project meetings, taking detailed meeting notes to ensure accurate records of discussions and decisions.
* Help maintain and update the organization’s website as needed.
* Assist with PowerBI Development for reports and dashboards.
* Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, scanning, copying documents, meeting scheduling, and note-taking.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent note-taking skills.
* Must be available 20 hours per week. Must have the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
* Must possess good organizational skills.
* Must be a self-starter.
* Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
* Must be dependable and willing to learn new skills.
Qualifications:
* Must be a current UHD student.
