General Manager - Delivery and Operations Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (ETNTAC) is the representative body for the Wudjari people, the traditional owners and Native Title holders of the Kepa Kurl (Esperance) region of Western Australia. The Mission This is achieved through the protection of Aboriginal culture and heritage; conservation and management of traditional land and sea country; working with the Government and industry on carbon farming, environmental protection, land rehabilitation, and management; development of Aboriginal employment and business opportunities; investing in and developing assets that deliver commercial and social benefits to Wudjari people; and investing in Aboriginal people through the delivery of community, cultural and social programs. The Role As General Manager of Delivery and Operations, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing ETNTAC's programs, initiatives, and commercial activities aimed at protecting and improving the health and well-being of natural assets, environments, and ecosystems across Wudjari country. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, governmental agencies, NGOs, funding bodies, and community members to develop and execute strategies, programs, and projects that contribute to the preservation and nurturing of the ecological heritage of Wudjari land and sea country. You will also support the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors in leading and managing the Organisation and ensuring it can achieve its social, commercial, and environmental objectives. Team Leadership and Development Lead and manage staff. Develop and maintain an effective organisational culture, including leading change management. Plan staff training and development. Corporate Management Develop and manage business unit budgets and financial targets. Plan and manage assets. Implement effective risk management arrangements covering Occupational Health Safety, program delivery, and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Engagement and Management Manage partnerships with external delivery and funding partners and community stakeholders. Conduct strategic communications, external advocacy, and promote the Organisation's best practice activities and achievements. Manage Cultural Governance and Oversight activities effectively.
