As the Clinic Manager, you will work closely with the CEO and program team to ensure the highest standard of healthcare in this beautiful, remote region. You’ll provide hands-on leadership and oversee daily clinic operations, while also being part of the on-call rotation. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a close-knit community, delivering culturally appropriate healthcare to Indigenous communities. Further Details Base salary of $147,063.00 PA + on-call allowance (24% - 32.5%) bringing the total package to $182,358.00 PA! Starting October 2024 Permanent full time position FIFO available - 6 on, 2 off 6 weeks annual leave + 4 weeks remote leave Annual retention bonuses and salary increases Rostered day off every 4 weeks Paid relocation assistance 2 weeks of professional development leave Comfortable fully furnished accommodation Free mobile broadband and landline phone service Free utilities including power and water Fenced yard (pets permitted) Key Responsibilities Lead the clinical team to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary healthcare services Work collaboratively with the CEO, wellbeing, program, and clinical teams Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including workforce management, rostering, and mentoring Manage relationships with local communities, government departments, and key stakeholders Ensure operational effectiveness and clinical excellence in the remote setting Selection Criteria Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA National Crime Check within the past 12 months NT OCHRE Card Experience in remote or community health care Strong leadership and human resource management skills Ability to build trust and credibility with the local community and drive clinical excellence High levels of energy, accountability, and attention to detail Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
