* This opportunity will allow you to work from our Ballarat clinic in Alfredton and visiting clients in the community

As a Podiatrist at integratedliving you will be part of dedicated allied health care team focused on promoting the wellbeing of our aged and vulnerable clients, to live independent lives in their own community. As a clinician you will conduct initial and on-going assessments of client’s circumstances, making recommendations to resolve complex and at times unique situations for your clients. This will involve direct client contact and clinical care - both telehealth or face to face.
You will manage a portfolio of mixed clients with diverse needs which will provide you an opportunity to make a different in lives of vulnerable elderly Australian's. You will be provided with an opportunity to run group discussions and develop person centered strength-based goals for client enablement. You will be a part of a committed & multidisciplinary Allied Health team full of supportive and highly skilled individuals who are always collaborating for the best outcomes for client.

Our Podiatrists see clients in our Podiatry clinic or in their own homes in the community. Our team love working with our clients to help them move towards the meaningful goals and wellness outcomes you achieve together.
* You will conduct health assessments to evaluate client's needs and create plans, recommendations and take corrective actions
* You will work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to the client and liaising with their carers, case managers & other health partners
* You will plan, implement and evaluate the services for clients to maintain & improve their health and Independence
* You will deliver group sessions to promote health and wellbeing within the community and support enablement and wellness
* You will conduct initial and ongoing and complex assessment involving direct client contact and clinical care
* As a part of the team you'll assess & understand the needs of clients and ensures that the client’s needs are translated into a personal plan
* You will be supported by the Podiatry team as well as multi-disciplinary team to pursue opportunities for professional development.
What will you need to be considered for the role?
* Bachelor Degree or higher in Podiatry and AHPRA registration
* Satisfactory Police check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Current driver license and ability to travel for client care
* Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-developed IT skills and experience with client management software
* Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and exposure to collaborative practices
* Sound clinical knowledge and ability to deal with complex issues
