As an Operations Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.
About the Role
* Process accounts with high accuracy and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with Transport, Civil and Project teams to meet client needs.
* Administer registers, dockets and rosters in line with management systems.
* Maintain accurate documentation to meet internal and external audit standards.
* Support compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS).
* Data entry of daily timesheets, dockets and fuel registers.
* Assist with rostering, onboarding employees and training coordination.
You will be proficiently using software and systems for data entry, reporting and record management.
