About the role
Due to significant expansion in the region and a huge pipeline of varied and interesting projects, we have the opportunity to invest in the long-term career development of a quality-focused graduate Civil Design Engineer. The role is available immediately in our Sunshine Coast office, located in Sippy Downs.
In this development role, you will work as an integral part of a highly talented project team producing detailed design and engineering documentation. Your focus will be to deliver superior value that is both cost-effective and on time to our high-quality client base throughout the region. You will learn to apply your engineering knowledge and software skills to Australian and local standards to develop good design practices that meet our high standards for engineering consultancy services.
You will be delegated responsibilities and have clear performance criteria with mentoring and support to guide your personal and professional career development.

About you
This is an entry-level role where the ideal candidate will have up to a maximum of 2 years’ relevant work experience as a graduate engineer and a keen interest in progressing into a skilled Civil Design Engineer within a consultancy firm. Your degree and any work experience should enable you to demonstrate an understanding of all basic civil engineering principles and materials to develop your practical application of civil design with applicable standards and codes.
