Job Summary
The Pharmacy Account Manager will foster relationships with designated accounts to drive interest in the product portfolio and innovative clinical practices, achieving ANZ Business Objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical processes or issues, ensuring seamless service delivery to assigned Pharmacy accounts.
2. Partner with Pharmacy Accounts to develop and execute sales plans and deliverables to achieve revenue targets.
3. Identify new sales opportunities and implement additional services to facilitate growth.
4. Generate sales reports and quarterly business reviews to provide updates related to customer locations.
5. Deliver high-quality education and insights in person or virtually to customers, representing ResMed's products and services effectively.
6. Collaborate with internal business units, including Finance, Marketing, and Distribution, to deliver objectives aligned with ANZ Revenue team's Strategic Imperatives.
7. Collaborate with internal business units to optimize the service offering and deliver high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment.
2. 5 years of successful Business-to-Business sales experience.
3. Proven business acumen and communication skills.
4. Experience with CRM and analytical tools (Salesforce and Tableau preferred).
5. Highly motivated, collaborative, and driven to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications/Experiences
1. Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field.
2. Experience with Salesforce.com or another customer resource management program is beneficial.
