Applicants must be available to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.Previous experience as a room attendant or cleaner.Capable of completing a physically demanding job.Positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail.Tasks & Responsibilities:Clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors as allocated to the required standard.Ensure guest supplies and advertising material in bedrooms and bathrooms are replenished to the correct standard for the room type.Report any lost property following correct procedures.Carry out programmed/regular cleaning duties as allocated.Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as per procedures.Assist with regular equipment stocktaking.Ensure the security of keys and guest rooms at all times by strict adherence to security procedures. Report any suspicious persons or items to the Supervisor.Understand the correct usage and storing of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.Reception PositionsWe have multiple reception positions available. Applicants must be available to work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role preferred.Knowledge and use of Excel, Outlook, Hotel PMS systems.Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.Current Open Class (C) Drivers License.Capable of completing a physically demanding job.Positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail.Tasks & Responsibilities:Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously throughout their stay.Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.Promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.Meet and greet all guests/members coming into the property in a friendly and professional manner.Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email and online channels.Concierge/Valet Attendant PositionsWe have multiple concierge/valet attendant positions available. Applicants must be available to work early mornings, afternoons/evenings including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.Able to pass a police check.Ability to ensure the safety of customers and their vehicles.Ability to operate unsupervised and take pride in work performed.Tasks & Responsibilities:Meet and greet guests.Direct hotel guests to reception.Ensure car park is at all times accessible and clean.Moving and parking of guest vehicles to the secure car park.
