About the Role
Join BOQ Group in a contract role and be at the heart of our culture transformation! In this role you'll be a key player in renewing our commitment to providing opportunities for Leaders to grow and develop with a suite of initiatives to uplift their leadership capability.
Reporting to the Head of Leadership, in this role we’ll be relying on you to take full responsibility for the scheduling, logistics and communication of our leadership program events, managing the end-to-end program experience. You will be the liaison point for our internal and external stakeholders, to ensure we are delivering a seamless experience for our employees, and Managing participate feedback as part of a comprehensive assessment process, including liaising with external vendors to deliver against these programs elements.
You play a key role in driving engagement with employees and supporting any queries or questions they may have regarding the program. We’ll also rely on you to support with program reporting to support governance and senior leadership meetings.

About you

You're the kind of person who thrives in a role where you coordinate multiple events and supporting communications, drive engagement and interact with internal and external stakeholders. You will be comfortable liaising with Manager and Leaders at all layers of the organistaion, adept at bringing to life the ‘behind-the-scenes’ elements that create great ‘in person’ and online learning experiences.
You're resourceful, always ready to dive in and find the information you need, and readily able to build relationships.
Your communication skills are top-notch, both in writing and in person, and you approach problem-solving with a human-centered design and systems thinking mindset.
