Administration Executive Assist job located on the North Shore

A highly innovative Research and Development company located on Sydney's North Shore is currently recruiting for an organised and enthusiastic Administration Executive Assistant to join their team. Due to an internal promotion and growth of the company, this key role will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the office and company shareholders.
Your new role
* Service providers and stakeholder database entry, communications and filing
* Assist Executive staff members
* General administration support
* Event management
* Arranging corporate and team meetings
* Dealing with incoming deliveries and ordering stationery
* Meeting and greeting guests and taking incoming phone enquiries
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A sound understanding of MS Office (365) and ideally Sharepoint
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Experience supporting various team's administration requirements
* Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
* Drive to learn, succeed and produce high quality work
