Advise timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and processes via branch, telephone and online channels. Demonstrate the ability to listen, build trust, and ask the right questions to exceed members' expectations and improve customer outcomes. Support, educate & encourage members to utilise digital channels such as Internet Banking and Mobile App for their everyday banking needs. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures and external requirements, including legislative requirements.
