Your New Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and prioritising meetings and appointments.
* Handling initial telephone enquiries and resolving customer issues within set parameters.
* Maintaining and organising files and records.
* Managing the flow of information and documents between the General Manager and other business units.
* Reviewing incoming correspondence and drafting responses.
* Acting as the first point of contact for queries and internal approvals.
* Developing and maintaining effective networks with key stakeholders.
* Liaising with both internal and external customers.
* Assist with meeting administration, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
* Contribute to business reporting and follow-up on action items.
* Process accounts and arrange payments.
* Maintain records of senior staff leave.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing service delivery enhancements.
