Key Responsibilities:
* Lead operational, care, and clinical service delivery to ensure exceptional customer experience and support.
* Promote a positive culture that fulfills the Better Together promise by fostering an engaged and supportive work environment.
* Oversee recruitment, roster management, training, and coaching on best practice to optimize team performance.
* Work closely with key stakeholders, including residents, families, guests, contractors, and staff, to ensure high standards of care and exceptional customer service.
About You:
As a Values-driven People Leader, you will align your team culture with our core values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Previous experience as a General Manager in a customer-focused industry.
* Aged Care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Exceptional leadership skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to nurture and develop team culture and performance.
