About the Role:
Join our team as a Loader Operator on a FIFO 2:1 roster, where you’ll play a vital role in moving materials efficiently and supporting the camp build. This position is ideal for experienced operators looking to contribute to a major construction project in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Duties:
* Operate loader to transport, load, and stockpile materials across the construction site.
* Perform pre-start equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with other operators and ground crew to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment in and around the loader.
* Strictly follow all safety protocols and contribute to team safety meetings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Loader Operator with a valid Loader VOC certification.
* High commitment to safety and quality operations.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
