Seeking chef or experienced cook to run a small, fast paced kitchen in an award winning mexican restaurant.
Experience in running a kitchen with a small team is preferred.
Applicants must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, creativity and ability to create new dishes while also maintaining high levels of professionalism, cleanliness and correct food handling procedures.
Applicants must be willing to work Wednesday to Saturday and have reliable transport.
