We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sales Representative – based at our Taren Point office. You will play a pivotal role in the customer selection process for appliances & fittings. Your duties include but are not limited to: • Liaising with clients to organise their showroom appointment • Consultation with the client regarding their product selections • Prepare product proposals once clients have made their selections • Provide feedback to team members to improve client service provision and satisfaction • Liaise with other department heads and colleagues The successful applicant will possess: • 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar field • Knowledge of plumbing products & kitchen appliances • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people on all levels • An ongoing commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks • Superior data entry accuracy with an eye for detail • Intermediate computer skills • Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet • The ability to think outside the square If you are keen, motivated and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you
