We currently have a vacancy for an Estates Enhancement Coordinator within our Deeside site. You will be responsible for coordinating and reporting on multiple estates enhancement and renovation projects across all five college sites, with an overall view to positively contributing to the continued achievement of the college and business area key strategies and objectives. You will be involved with a variety of projects from inception to completion, ranging from large scale new build projects to smaller scale renovation works.
You will be required to develop strong and positive relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed in a transparent and collaborative manner, ensuring budgets and quality standards are closely monitored throughout, whilst ensuring that communication is strong and effective.
You will work closely with the Head of Estates to implement the college's Estates Strategy and to continuously and sustainably improve and develop all five college sites, in line with supporting the mission, aims and strategic objectives of the college.
Essential RequirementsEducated to Level 4 in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field, or possess suitable equivalent professional experience.Proven professional experience within the relevant sector, e.g., construction; engineering; architecture; H&S; project management.Strong project management skills and experience of these in practice.Able to demonstrate a commitment to and awareness of the importance of Safeguarding.Able to communicate to a high standard with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
