We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic Officer Manager to join our team in Sydney. As the first point of contact for our people and our guests you will be a strong brand ambassador carrying our Company values in all that you do. You will understand the importance of the office and be empowered to ensure the amenities for our people are up to standard at all times. You will work as part of the People and Culture Team and develop and run a number of initiatives to support our values. We are open to accommodating the right candidate, offering either a full-time position or a part-time arrangement of four days per week. The Role Welcome and greet everyone who attends the office Run the office induction for new starters Manage all businesses mail distribution – incoming and outgoing mail Manage office security access passes and register Booking of boardrooms and meeting rooms Ensure kitchen, meeting rooms, boardrooms, print areas, stationery areas and the general office is always clean and tidy and are fully stocked. Organising team events e.g., Friday drinks, Flu vacs, Christmas party, first aid course etc. Liaise with Building facility management. Coordinate key messages across our offices globally to ensure the experience is the same in each office The successful candidate will spend time sitting at reception and time moving around the office to carry out this role. Lifting and pushing are inherent requirements of this role. Requirements The Person In addition to the above, your skillset and attributes should also include: Experience in a similar position. Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering work quickly and to a high standard. Strong interpersonal skills Excellent presentation, communication, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency using Outlook and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adaptability and the ability to think quickly to reach a solution (things don't always go to plan).
