Boral Ormeau Quarry is situated in Kingsholme, a northern suburb of the Gold Coast in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate front-end loader and other quarry mobile plant equipment as required (Haul Truck, Excavator, Front End Loader, and Dump Truck)
* Operate the crushing plant with safety in mind
* Conduct basic maintenance and ensure plant housekeeping
* Participate actively in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
* Engage in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
Requirements
* Experience in mobile plant operation, preferably with Sales Loader experience
* Hold an HR truck licence, although not essential
* Quarry experience is highly regarded but not necessary
* Be self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
* Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
* Be available to work Monday to Saturday
