The Partner Experience Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring we engage with our resellers via phone, email or chat for sales enquiries and preparation of sales quotations for our portfolio of innovative technology solutions. The team takes pride in being very responsive and maintaining a quick turnaround time getting back to our reseller enquiries.
Other Job Responsibilities Include: Be the prime contact for inbound sales enquiries. Provide operational support working closely with Channel Account Managers generating accurate quotes within defined SLA's. Qualify and manage inbound enquiries via phone, email or chat. Ensure the circulation of product and promotional information to resellers. Keep Wavelink Partner portal leads and order status up to date. Update Netsuite (CRM system) and Zoho (ticketing system) with all forms of communication. Attend and participate in all sales meetings (e.g. weekly, monthly). Produce reports upon request. Requirements Competencies required for the job: Superior communication skills (verbal and written). High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm. Highly organized with a high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Team player with a "can-do" attitude. Ability to learn and retain product information about Wavelink products. Experience with Excel. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
