In this role, you will work closely with Mr. Ryan Lisle, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the seamless operation of this dynamic and fast-paced practice. Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining an efficient workflow for the surgeon while delivering outstanding patient care and an exceptional overall experience. Mr Ryan Lisle specialises in sports surgery, knee and shoulder surgery. His private practice is based in Nedlands, while he also holds an appointment at St John of God Hospital Midland. Patient care is at the forefront of our approach, requiring the successful candidate to possess a kind, diligent and understanding approach to all patient interactions. The Orthopaedic Group WA (formerly Hollywood Orthopaedic Group) has an established history of exceptional patient experience providing comprehensive orthopaedic care and sports injury management. We are a centrally located (Nedlands), state-of-the art practice comprising 13 Orthopaedic Surgeons, two allied health staff, 13 secretaries/PA, receptionists plus permanent relief staff. The practice prides itself on having a supportive culture and collaborative workplace community. Your role will include providing support to other practices to maintain seamless operations throughout the practice. Key Responsibilities Manage complex schedules, including appointments, surgeries and consultations delivering flawless planning Process referrals, medical reports and insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
