Lead the analytics team in designing and executing data analyses to provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.Design and implement analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools to deliver insights and actionable recommendations, overseeing their integration into the organisation's ecosystem.Lead data and analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Look after and refine the Analytics team's workflow to carry out proper prioritisation and distribution of the workload.Collaborate with business units to identify data needs and deliver solutions.Team Leadership and Development - Manage and mentor a team of data analysts.Instil adherence to data best practices.Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Data Strategy and Governance -
